## @php-wasm 3.1.48 — GPL-2.0-or-later

The trusted evaluator installs the approved, lockfile-fixed `@php-wasm/node`,
`@php-wasm/universal`, `@php-wasm/web`, and `@php-wasm/web-8-4` packages at
version 3.1.48 and their complete locked runtime closure. The closure contains
GPL-2.0-or-later packages and `@php-wasm/util` with GPL-2.0-only license text;
its exact package, integrity and license inventory is the release-manifest
SBOM. This artifact contains the fixed package manifest, lockfile, evaluator
source and SBOM metadata; it does not copy `node_modules` into the artifact.

When `@php-wasm` runtime dependencies are present, the release builder requires
a verified WordPress Playground source archive in `legal/source/` and records
its commit, hash, size and package coverage in `SOURCE_MANIFEST.json`. This is
an included corresponding-source candidate, not a legal conclusion or a source
offer. Authenticated-thread authorization records publication authority for this
project's proprietary root and internal training content, and permits this exact
locked closure only under this notice/SBOM/source contract. The authorized legal
reviewer must still determine applicable GPL corresponding-source/source-offer
obligations; the deployed artifact must retain and verify required notices.
